Writing Tools

Grammarly Logo

Grammarly: To this day, I cannot imagine a day without using Grammarly in my marketing endeavor. This widget makes sure everything I type is not only correct but also clear and easy to read.

Simply install Grammarly’s free browser extension to your computer, and it will automatically check your grammar and provide suggestions, be it WordPress editor, Google Document, MS Word, Email or the likes. Grammarly is my always “on” chrome extension.

Writesonic: Writesonic is an AI-powered writing tool. It has been my secret weapon in my arsenal for over a year now.

And the best thing about Writesonic is that it is ever-updating, evolving, and perfecting. You are just buying something that keeps on getting better without paying more.

Not only can it write blog posts over 1000 words within minutes, it can also generate high-performing ads, landing page copies, product descriptions, and more in seconds. I cannot say enough good things about this app. You are missing out a lot if you do not try it for yourself.

Title Generator by Tweak Your Biz: There are tons of FREE title generators on the web, I have tried dozens if not hundreds of them.

I like this one by Tweak Your Biz for generating different styles of results for you to choose from. And most importantly, they don’t read like robotic text.

Do try it out to see if it works for you.

Email Marketing Tools

ActiveCampaign: In essence, ActiveCampaign is a marketer’s dream come true. It lets you create optimized customer experiences by automating the marketing, sales, and support processes, way beyond just email. Hands down.

Mind you, there will be a learning curve. When I first started using it, like most people, I was only using their email, forms, automation, and so on.

But once I upgraded to the Pro plan, I was like a fish in the ocean. And the tools like landing page building and CRM has let me tap into business opportunities I have never thought of.

Check out a demo page I built with ActiveCampaign.

MailerLite: The reason why I like MailerLite is that it is one of the simplest and easy-to-use email marketing tools you can find.

If you have just started out building your email list, you can use their free plan for up to 1000 subscribers to send as many as 12,000 emails per month.

The basic subscription also allows you to build up to 3 landing pages. This is a good thing to start if you are new to it.

Rest assured you will learn how to use MailerLite quickly with their step-by-step courses, where they teach you everything you need to get the most out of their application.

Oftentimes, if I spotted a related course that is super helpful for readers to better understand a specific topic, I would just embed the video link in the blog post.
